Do you only photograph dogs?
No, definitely not. Dogs and cats are the most common but we are also happy to photograph any pets you have.
What if my pet doesn’t stay still or behave during the session?
That’s completely normal. With patience, treats, toys, or keep them on the lead we will work with you and your pet to get the shots we are after.
Can you work with shy or anxious pets?
Of course. We can take our time and do the session in a safe and familiar environment that suits your pet.
What should I bring to the session?
Bring your pet’s treasured toy and favourite treats.
How do I book a photo shoot?
You can book directly on the website by clicking here or on any of the booking buttons
Do you require a deposit to secure my booking?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to lock in your booking. After you book we will send you details for the deposit. Once we see the deposit the booking will be secured. The rest of the payment needs to be made prior to the day of the shoot.
Can I book a session for multiple pets at once?
Yes , we offer different packages from 1 to 3 pets (here) if you have more you can contact us to discuss.
Where do the photo shoots take place?
This will be discussed after your shoot is booked. We then provide you with a few of our favourite locations that will best suit your pets personality e.g., beach, bush or urban
How long after the session will I receive the photos?
In most cases you will receive your online gallery within 2 weeks of the session taking place. We will let you know before the session if this changes for any reason.
Do you only provide digital files?
At this stage we only provide digitals but we will be offering other products including prints in the near future.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the weather looks like it won't be playing ball then we will be in contact with you a few days before the shoot and we can reschedule at no extra cost.
Do you travel for sessions?
We are located in Tauranga and will travel throughout the Western Bay of Plenty. If you are further afield then please get in touch with us to discuss.
